In-ear Purity: use with other devices?

Do the new Purity In-Ear Headphones work with

1) a PC, using Skype for example?
2) another smart phone, such as iPhone or Android?

I'm sure that the sound will work, but does the Microphone work? Can you use your new Purity in-ears with Skype?

i haven't done #1 but i have used the in ear purities with the galaxy nexus and the galaxy note and the mic works fine, iirc play/pause worked okay but i don't think the FF/RW worked

Thanks for the report!! If it works on a Galaxy, chances are good that it'll work on a PC.
