Incoming calls doesn't show names

If I get a call, the Band shows just the number, not the name.

Any idea, why?

Using a Lumia 925 on latest WP 8.1

Hi,

I just tested it with my Band because I just received it and wanted to see what it shows on mine.
It shows the Name properly, so no problem on my side.
Do you have the country code included in the phone number that's saved? I did that so I called myself and have the +49 saved in front of my number so maybe that's why it's working fine for me? Just a theory,

Does it show properly on your phone and not on your band?
If so, you may want to do a soft reset by holding both buttons until it vibrates on your band and try again.

No problems on the phone, works fine since day one.

I guess there are a few issues regarding using the band in europe (germany). Microsoft should work on the compatibility with other regions, now that they are selling it in the UK.

My mail problem bothers me either...

...I am sligthly unhappy.

It happens to me occasionally. I just power off band and then turn back on. Usually fixes problem. I try to reboot it once a week anyway.

Hi Daniel,

Well I have the Band and I'm from germany, too. So no problems from my side (so far). I'll check back as soon as anything changes but it's pretty solid right now.
