Incoming calls only have noticications when in Skype app???

Very odd behavior.

When I call my 640 LTE and I am active in the Skype app, I get a notification and it works.

But when I go back to the home screen or let the screen blank, nothing...

Is this how its supposed to work? On iphone and droid, its more like a 2nd phone app in that it will give you a notification straight out.

UPDATE: Well, rebooting my phone and making sure that my desktop app were shut down is all it took.

I would recommend rebooting your phone and make sure your desktop app is shut down :wink:

No, it should work even if the desktop app is on. It is simply not working at all, the whole Windows phone business is dead.

Restarting your phone will fix it, it happened to me too
