Increase background tasks

Is there a possibilty to increase the amount of background tasks on an ATIV S? Now the limit is 15.

not normally, but since the S is interop unlocked (i think thats the term), enthusiasts have a lot more leeway under the hood, although i havent heard of anyone looking into it
