i think its group... earlier we can add only 25 contacts...

Won't groups become obsolete with 8.1? There's no social integration, remember?

The Inner Circle group is the people which are allowed to bypass your "Quiet Hours" setting. So if you have quiet hours from 10pm-6am, nobody but those in your inner circle will be able to "disturb" you.
