My inner memory basic has full there is no space can i install app from store and installed in external memory ?

Not yet.
Apps on SD are coming in a future update for WP8.

•Apps on SD Cards are only allowed from ONE originating phone. If it detects that apps from another phone are installed on the SD Card, then it will ask to delete those first

Also have you set your phone to save maps, pictures, video to your SD card by default to save space?
