I think it is because you used your Lumia 920, if you did. I used my spare Lumia 635 and the Slow Ring offered build 9941.

I used my Lumia 920 under another account, seems like if i originally signed up for fast ring, it remains fast ring ...odd issue. Thanks for trying to help me out

I will agree on this one.

In my Lumia 520 I signed up for fast but decided to change to slow but it does not allow me. All updates are from the fast ring instead of slow.
