Instagram app that allows uploading of video saves to phone?

I use 6tag and it allows you to shoot videos in the app to upload, but I need one that will allow me to upload a video saved to my phone.

There are currently no apps that allow this functionality because of api restrictions. But I found a workaround with the "movie maker" app. Just open your video in the app (make sure the video is already saved on your phone), tap on the check ✔ mark and then tap on share. You will see the instagram icon o the far left

I noticed this also
