you cant download it, it gives permission errors

Can anyone confirm this?

On Windows Phone
- Publisher name do not have to be unique
- App names do not have to be unique
Also
- you can’t remote install from the webstore
- you can’t visit the marketplace page on your phone
- you can’t install the .xap manually
- does not list “video and still capture” under requirements (this is required)
- you can’t click on the publisher name on the webstore (i.e. there are no published apps by this publisher)

- there is no privacy policy (this will be required)

They have rumour-o-meter. If they think its fake, they should still write one with rumourometer at 1 or 2. That way people will have some firm direction

Photoplay doesn't list video and still capture either, but it does list media playback. Perhaps that includes access to camera and photo albums.
