Install Windows 10 in a device blocked to an operator

Is it possible to install Windows 10 Preview to a device blocked to an operator ?

It should be since you will be using WiFi to download the update.

I haven't heard any different but I'm sure someone will post an update. Since it's locked out, why not try it yourself and let us know what happens. You should be able to revert back to the same OS you had when you did the upgrade.
