Installation error in build 14393.448 release preview ring in lumia 640

The newly released build is not installing in lumia 640. I am involved in insider program release preview ring

follow the steps to get rid of the error (0x8018830f) troubling most of the users on release preview rings :

:> First leave the ring Release Preview. enter into Settings> Update and Security> Windows Insider Program. Once there, we choose "Stop receiving compilations Insider Preview".
:> then choose " stop receiving compilations Insider completely?". And confirm.
:>Restart the device and go straight to check for updates.

My 950xl doesnt leave the insider preview. When trying to restart when requested after confirming to permanently leave the programme, the phones doesnt comply to restart. After restaring the Phone it still one the preview programme. Any suggestions other than having to reset the phone?
