Installation not working.

My husband has a Nokia Lumia 920 win 8.1 that he plays candy crush at. The app chrashed and I uninstalled it, now it's impossible to install again. The download starts and then stops at 30%. Is there any way to clear earlier installation files?

Possibly you could try this. Under storage sense, check on temporary files and try to delete them.

Secondly, after uninstalling, restart the phone by pressing volume down and power buttons simultaneously until the phone vibrates and restarts. That could help in clearing the app cache files

Thank you, I just tried it and it didn't solve the problem. Still stuck at ~30% when downloading.

try a different internet connection. Another wifi point perhaps

Tried over mobile network, and 3 different WiFi. Other apps installs without any problem. I know I can reset the phone but I rather solve it if it's possible.

Only thing I can think of is try again tomorrow.

Seems like a an OS bug. Since I updated my L520 to the same version you are in, I have been having the same problem with different app downloads. I think filing a complaint to Microsoft would work. Only problem is that it may take years if not decades to get noticed.
