Installation of 10565 won't begin on restart

Hi,

i'm stuck with the update to 10565 preview.

The update is visible in "update" settings and tells me I have to restart.
The "restart now" button restarts the PC but update won't install.
After restart "update" settings still say "please restart".
Scheduld restart also not worked. The scheduled time arrived time is changed to a further date.

What to do?

Solved with:
Command Prompt window copy and paste the commands (all at once)

net stop wuauserv

net stop cryptSvc

net stop bits

net stop msiserver

ren C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution SoftwareDistribution.old

ren C:\Windows\System32\catroot2 catroot2.old

net start wuauserv

net start cryptSvc

net start bits

net start msiserver
