Installing 10514 and 10536 install issues

I have a Lumia 920 and I am installing update 10514 and 10536 but while 10514 is installing I get the spinning gears then the Nokia logo then frowning face emoji then back to spinning gears then it keeps repeating that continually what can I do

Try if you can turn it off and wait for five minutes and try again. If the phone is hot, put it in some protective case and put it in the fridge during the upgrade (no joke, it works). If that does not help use WPRT to flash it to 8.1.

I did all of that I am just restoring it back to 8.1 now then I will update to 10536 should i restore first before updating
