Wow, I dont understand how so called experts don't know the actual story. INTEL choked with Icelake delays. They ALREADY had the IP and design win at $500.00 per cpu for azure blade. Many generations...VR12HC, then 13HC, then 14HC...they forced Microsoft to roll their own since they could not rely on Intel. So Intel gives up a 500.00 device and the IP to "win" at $40.00 sub contractor manufacturing job? Wow thats failure. Sure it boxes out TSMC but its like Ford selling you a new car every 2 years, 5 times in a row and then you build your own car and take it to them for an oil change, thats a loss.
