Interactive and programmable holograms in skyloft

Hi We can see Cliffhouse / Skyloft as a lab for future AR / hololens experiences. Think the cliffhouse/skyloft as a real surrounding and you will see the whole experience as a AR simulation.

But why did MS split the Hololens Holograms and the Windows MR Holograms? While the hololens holograms are fully programmable and interactive the cliffhouse/skyloft holograms are just decorative stuff.

There is a REAL BIG potential with holograms in VR since they could be draged from a web page and manipulated in 3D as interactive 3D contents!

I saw that you can create and add your own 3D creation through remix3D but they all remain static.

so How can we add interactive holograms to skyloft ???
