International travelling with a Surface Pro 3, do I need a voltage converter or will a power adapter suffice?

So I have the Australian version of the surface pro 3 and will soon be travelling to USA china and Europe do I need to get a voltage converter or will a power adapter suffice?

yeah mate youll be fine. the PSUs are multi voltage 100-250v and should work almost anywhere in the world.

just get yourself a plug adaptor.

You should be fine with just adapter. I would buy it from eBay/Amazon, its ridiculously expensive in stores (Radio shock has it for $7 for 1 unit, eBay has 10 for $5)

I found a decent quality plug adaptor on ebay. I have a few of them for when I go OS. Not sure when you're leaving, or even if you need one at all, but here it is.

The SP3's charger is auto switching so all you need is a plug adaptor.

You can get a "world kit" for under $20 on Amazon.

I've always just used the travel adaptors that you get from the airport shops and haven't had any problems. Have fun!

Yeah, but they are more expensive in the airport shops. We're helping him save some money so he has more to spend here in the US.
