Internet Explorer and OneDrive Favorites

On my Lumia 1520, I have quite a number of favorites/bookmarks saved in Internet Explorer. For some reason, I do not see any of them up on OneDrive. All of my other stuff is there.

I have tried turning off the Internet Explorer syncs on my phone (Settings -> Sync my Settings), rebooting, turning it back on, and rebooting again.
I have tried Email+Accounts and syncing my MS account again.

Nothing seems to work.

Anyone know how to get it to work? Or how to export my IE favorites/bookmarks off my phone for use elsewhere?

Wait, so you don't see your favorites after opening Internet Explorer, tapping the ... and then favorites?

I see my favorites in Internet Explorer only on my phone, under the Phone subfolder:
Favorites
- HP
- Favorites bar
- Phone <-- here

I don't see those favorites anywhere else.
