internet explorer do not work with 3-4G connections?

Hello

Today as been the trend of those days had problems with watch sites with my 3G mobile connection so i did an test i opened Tune in radio and oddly coulod get connected and listen a radio on the go but could not watch sites on IE11 just get error , somebody have experienced the same?

no but how can be done a soft reset?

the problem is randomly could blame to my operator
