Internet not working?

Hello,

after last update wp 8.1 DP internet doesnot work (2G or 3G) but wifi is OK. anybody have the same problem ?

-try with other SIM card
-soft reset
-hard reset

perhaps, you got to the end (of the Internet) ! :grincry: :evil:

sorry, old joke ... soft reset is probably called for & check your data settings, that wireless data is ON.

If on prepaid (Straight Talk, Cricket, Net10, etc.) ...
- Power OFF
- remove the sim
- Power ON
- put the sim back IN
- shutdown a final time & your APN settings should be good (you need those for wireless data), when you restart.

Hey, I too have ativ s and was having problems with net10 mms. Don't worry, I think I have your answer. Go into settings, go to cellular + SIM, then go and scroll down to sim settings and touch that and then scroll down to edit internet apn or edit mms apn which ever you are having problems with and put your apn settings in that way. I had to do this with my net10 mms, because it was not working properly through settings -> apn.
If you are through net10, I had replied to someone in different topic with the settings. I hope this helps.
