Internet sharing doesn't work in Nokia Lumina 625 (Net10)

Hi,

I just got this new Nokia Lumina 625 (from Microsoft if that matters). I got a Net10 SIM from Simple Mobile. When I try Internet Sharing, it says:

Connection no shared
Internet sharing isn't currently available.

What does this mean exactly and how do you solve this?

This is my primary feature I had on my old Windows Mobile phone, but it used an app called WMWiFiRouter, but I understand that WiFi hotspotting is built into the new phones.
