Internet sharing? (hotspot)

I have to spend some weeks at a place where only wired Internet is available. No LTE or HSDPA networks, too. Man, can you imagine this kind of place in Tokyo? Anyway, I have bought a USB 3.0 to Gigabyte Ethernet converter to use the Internet. When I try to set up the Wifi Hotspot, an error message says that they system doesn't support that. I don't remember the exact words but it is obviously that Surface Pro 3 is unable to do this because it only has one Network Interface Card. That's really sad.

I use a HooToo device can share wirelessly, or using Ethernet - great as hotel room Ethernet connection is often unlocked/free, while wifi may be charged.
