internet sharing not working?

Does internet sharing work or not on 10136? I have Lumina 930 and have tried both upgrading and clean install to no end. Error message is: "connection not shared. Mobile hotspot not currently available".

Yes. I use all the time with 8.1. is there something with my carrier and with 10?

It may be the software that is stopping you. Report it to Microsoft soft
