to manage rentals and expenses
for properties after we used this app to evaluate and buy

Mainly the things the app needs
add Owner
able to add buildings houses,apartments,units
able to add tenants and assign tenants to buildings

then
able to add income and expense monthly ,weekly
maybe a report income expense
some for android below to give you ideas
maybe you can try and sell it to real estate agencies (special mates rates for me I hope)
so they can let their clients be able to keep their rentals up to date
