Invoke and Checking email and Calendar

I've recently tried asking Cortana on my Invoke to check my email and calendar and she only replies with "I can't do that right now" and "your account isn't posted to the cloud." I do have both Outlook.com and Office 365 added as connected services and they both show as "On" in Cortana's Notebook. Anyone else had this problem and got it resolved?
