can they collaborate already ? and if so how? I need any an all suggestions> I hate having to go back and fourth between devices and yes I know about the Microsoft edge send to lap top service but that doesn't even work and im talking wayyy more than that. like notifications and replies. two different programs syncing together on the same plate form.

Try the Your Phone app by Microsoft. It works with both iPhone and Android.
