Iris Scan Requires Pin Every Time

Every time I try to use the IRIS scanner to unlock my phone it says "before you can start using your eyes to sign in, you have to enter your pin at least once"

I have entered the pin many times after it recognizes me and gives this message, and have tried restarting the phone. I feel like I am missing something here.

Removing pin and hello settings, then setting back up fixed it. I have no idea...

Remove the settings. Then enable windows hello then add pin. Once your done setting up hello, click the improve hello. Also, what I've noticed when it reads "verifying", look in the direction that the little eye looks towards. Windows hello is trying to verify that you're not a picture trying to get access, I move my eyes while its activated and works like a charm.
