Irritating issue regarding saved pictures..

This started recently.. Whenever I receive a picture on WhatsApp,Viber etc. It goes to a folder called 'Other pictures' Now I can't use the pics in that folder to set as backgrounds or forward to someone via WhatsApp as the folder isn't available for selection.. Any solutions??

There isn't any solution as of now. Microsoft is working hard with whatsapp team to fix such issues.
