Is 100GB store offer still going?

I was going to drive over and check in a bit but does anyone know if the 100GB MS store offer is still available?

I went in and was able to get extra storage. However, it was a "scratch off game" and I only won 20 GB.

The process was a little odd but interesting. It involved logging into OneDrive on one of the store's Surfaces and playing a scratch off game. I also needed my phone to receive the account verification text message.
