Is a 512 MB ram windows phone (Eg: Lumia 630) is fit for about 10 apps?

Can a 512 MB ram phone can able to run these following apps like Facebook, Messenger, Whatsapp, Youtube ,Adobe Photoshop ,Browser ,PDF Reader ,Office Lens, Windows Reading List and two or three more. It does not includes any games . Please just answer that is a 512 MB ram windows phone fit for the above apps.

Sure, just not at once. Once you start switching between 3 or 4 intensive apps (like FB, Messenger, IE and Instagram for example) they will keep on reloading (Resuming...) meaning they will load up from scratch and you will lose previously displayed content. It's really annoying.
