Is anybody else having a horrible experience with the Idol 4S Alcatel VR?

This seems very frustrating and difficult to operate. When you download a game or video from the VR store- why can you not see it in the VR menu screen???- all you see are the 2 pre-installed games. The sensor buttons are horrible at responding to touch and it seems like you have to press or jam the button 3-4 times before it registers.
