I am running Windows 10 10240, but the AD account lockout issue started for me on 10166. I also have Office 2016 preview installed, but had no issues until I went to 10166.
This doesn't always happen, but as soon as I notice my account is locked out, I can reproduce it at will by simply accessing a network share. Today I closed out every application and killed as many third party processes as I could find. As soon as I access even \\dcname\sysvol, it locks my account out immediately. I've reviewed our DC's and the issue is definitely coming from this machine. I can use another Win 8.1 machine without issue.
I ran some packet captures while accessing the share and I get a bunch of Kerberos errors:
KRB_AS_ERROR, KDC_ERR_PREAUTH_REQUIRED: Additional pre-authentication required*
KRB_AS_ERROR, KDC_ERR_PREAUTH_FAILED: Pre-authentication information was invalid
Any help would be great!
