Is anyone having sync errors with Nextgen 11/17/13?

Nextgen won't sync for me today. I've tried both the Windows Phone and the Windows 8 apps but get error "sync failed please try again".

I've already submitted bug reports but was wondering if anyone else is getting the same error.

I did the same error yesterday but after few hours start to work fine again.

I got a reply from Nextgen, and they are working on fixing it.
