Is AT&T Really That Bad?

I was able to get out because my signal was fine where I lived for a couple of years then, after a storm, the signal was gone. For weeks they couldn't tell me why or if it would come back. When I would go in the store, other people were there who lived or worked in the same area and were having the same problem. Because they couldn't provide me with service I once had through them, they let me out.

You wouldn't happen to live in Virginia would you? Because this same thing happened to me. I got out of an ATT contract for free after so many years. A storm hit and the tower was down for a freakin' month. They wouldn't give me or let me rent a microcell. I made a fuss and got out of the contract for free. Now, after about 8 months, I want back in because of the windows phones.

How is everyone's experience in NYC? It has been awhile since I got the iPhone 3GS with AT&T and I had horrible service but alot of people said the service has gotten better. Is 4G and building penetration an issue? Thanks in advance.

Same here. I like my Titan more and more, but the problems (which will remain until updates are released) are.giving.me second thought. It is not as simple as switching to the Focus S. I hate AT&T right now. Got a week or so to return my Titan. Just might do it.

The 900 is running build 8112 I believe. Don't remember the exact number, but it's post-8107 so the keyboard issue should be solved. If you're gonna trade in your Titan, get the 900!
