Is bing rewards having problems?

I've had two verify requests in a week with bing rewards. There seems to be a security issue that would be causing this. I've tried the bing feedback page and its inoperable while its not my phone because i can post here. I am wondering about the security with bing rewards since the convenience of being logged in can't be disabled.
