is Chronos Calendar + a universal app?

so what does "universal app" here mean exactly?
is there a Metro/Modern app available?/coming? cause I can't see it in my store (Australia)

Your guess is as good as mine. I suspect their version of universal is different from mine. Either that or they plan to launch of desktop version of Chronos but as far as I know, its a phone app only.
