Is Cortana down?

I can't get her to hear me I've tried everything all my mics work and hey Cortana works she just responds with "sorry didn't catch that"

Cortana is still not working for me either most of the day. HTC for windows and Lumia 925

All my voice recognition apps work calling works text to speech works it's just Cortana she's not hearing me I even used my Microsoft band and I know that mic is fine yet she still can't hear me

I've been having issues as well for about 36 hours now. "Sorry, I didn't catch that" is all I can get out of her.

same here I have tried all the supposed fixes but nothing's working all my microphones work including the one on my Microsoft band

My voice searches lead to a page, where Cortana says "searching for (what I said)" and then straight leads to the bing search results. This happens even if a set an alarm or say remind me. also, tapping on the notebook icon makes Cortana hang for some reason. and when I press the mic button, the sound which plays is the win 8 speech sound, and not the one which Cortana usually makes. Any body else with these problems??

Having the same problem and it just noticed that it started over the weekend, I have an HTC Windows Phone 8X running 8.1 via the “Preview for Developers” app, and whenever accessing Cortana using voice commands either from Bluetooth, or built-in microphone she responds “Sorry, I didn’t get that”. I know that the microphone works because using email I could dictate my email word for word, but Cortana isn't listening, or can't hear me.
I know that the Cortana that I have is still under Beta, because HTC/Verizon hasn’t (and I’m guessing they have no plans to do so in the foreseeable future) released and authorize update for the HTC Windows Phone 8X, so I’m stuck in Beta until I’m eligible for a new phone later this year.
If anyone finds out how to get Cortana to hear me again please post the fix.

Sorry didn't catch that when doing a Cortana search this morning for me too. Lumia 830.
