Is Instagram app broken?

For at least the last couple of days I haven't been able to connect. Anyone else having problems?

Rudy Huyn is a dev who makes excellent apps to hook into services.
"6" is a common theme.

6tag is a client for Instagram
6snap for Snapchat
6tin for tindr
etc.

It is one of the original third party Instagram apps, I like it better than Instagram beta.

Instagram is working perfectly fine for me. Don't see any problem while opening or browsing. Are you using Instagram on 2G, 3G or Wifi Connection ?

I am not receiving notifications when someone likes or comments on pics I shared on instagram using 6tag. Live tile is not updating as well. I found 3 likes when launched app today but no notification for the same! Is anyone facing the same issue with 6tag?
