Is it normal to have an electric sound inside the USB port (Surface 3 64gb)?

Is it normal to have an electrict sound inside the USB port? (Surface 3 64gb)

If I listen inside my USB port I can hear an electric noise coming from inside. Is it normal? It is a Surface 3 (no pro). Thank you.

I don't have an S3, but from a standard computer point of view I would say no that is not normal. You should not have sound coming from your USB ports.
