Is it possible that Cortana answers phones automaticly during quiet hours?

Cortana's reply for text message is pretty cool.

Can Cortana answer the phone and speak "Hi! XXXXX is busy ..."? :wink: It's more humanized and polite for the caller.

You could try posting it on Uservoice @ Cortana Feedback. However I do believe someone else has given feedback on this so you could just give your votes!

How would you like your phone to greet your callers by name if they appear in your contacts? At all times and not just Quiet Hours...

How about if you called me and heard, "Hello, Kyle. R<> can't come to the phone right now, but leave him a message at the tone," would that be cool enough? Cortana would still send the text during Quiet Hours as well. And Quiet Hours calls that don't break through should be getting your Vmail box and the SMS "busy" message.
