Is it possible to change app language?

Is it possible to change the app language to one different than the phone's system language?

My phone's system language is Hebrew, and with some apps - 6tag for example - I would prefer English rather than Hebrew. Is that possible?

I meant without changing the phone language.

Only if the developter build in the functionality to do it. Otherwise there is no way that I know of.
