Is it possible to copy a webpage to the phone from PC and open it in IE/other browser?

Say I have a webpage on my PC with a corresponding folder that contains the images and CSS, etc. Is there a way of copying that to the phone and then opening it on the phone in IE?

Nope, i would suggest saving the page as a .mht instead, then email it as an attachment and then try to open it from your phone
