Is it possible to increase the RAM of a windows phone device?

I'm using NOKIA Lumia 630 which has only 512 MB RAM., so I thought increasing RAM would be a great idea. What you people got about this?

RAM isn't increasable, the memory chip will be soldered on to the motherboard.

Impossible at the worst, impractical at best. A different model is the way to go.

and where are you going to get 1GB RAM to solder on? It's not the same as PC RAM - though continue for science/engineering' sake :smile:

Try the lumia 640/650
