windows seems to start normally, then keeps going back to the login page

1) Can you login? if so that is normal when you have set a pin or password otherwise it will boot into the user that was last using the device if no pin, password or picture password is set.

2) If you can't login and stuck in a loop, what device are you using, tablet, desktop, laptop, aio ?
