Is it possible to move an installed and updated W7 OEM to another computer?

I have a computer running W7 Home. (OEM). It refuses to accept more memory. Stuck on 2 GB There is a problem with the motherboard, I have
another computer that works fine with 16 GB and an old Windows XP. It is not used, it just stands there waiting for something to do. Can I move the W7 to this computer?

No. It must stay with the computer it was installed in.
