Is it possible to scale down pictures to fit the print area within the photos app in Win 10?

In Win 7, I had access to more print options. I was able to scale pictures to fit the print area, and adjust other things. I just cannot figure it out in Win 10. Do I have to use external software to gain back some control over these print options?
