I am using a lumia 1320 device and it had windows 8.1.
I happened to have seen a post here on how to update to windows 10 and i followed all the steps but unfortunately the phone got stuck in spinning gears .
I had to recover the phone by downgrading using the lumia software recovery tool. Now,
My question is " can i be able to update my phone without using wi-fi of which i happen not to have?"
The lumia recovery tool doesnt happen to download other updates apart from the w8.
Any help will be much appreciated,
