Is it safe to install the latest build lof Windows 10 Mobile in my current phone?

I love windows phone and I really want the Windows 10 Mobile update to my Lumia 640XL. I?ve been waiting for the official one because Im not sure that the insider builds works well. I think what I want to know is if its safe to install the Indsider Preview Build to use on my phone, because i am tired of waiting. Please let me know.

Yes, it is save. On XL it must be working brilliantly, as even on l625 it works as 8.1. Awesome build .122

I'm using 14267.1004 and it is ok. some bugs exist as you can expect for a preview build but as a whole it is stable enough for daily use.
