Hi all,
I've just been trying to eek out some extra performance on my Surface RT after it seemed to slow up a bit and I came across the page file size - it was around 800mb but recommended to be 2GB. I'd freed up enough space to manually increase it to this level and have done so, but I wondered how useful it was on RT as opposed to proper Windows 8.1? Any ideas?
The whole tablet is running a lot swifter now but not sure what is responsible in that I've done a fair few tweaks. The single biggest thing seems to have been freeing up space so the free space was above 2GB.
