Is Kingston Workspace is the OTG I should go for?

I have recently bought a laptop and it has pre-installed OS in it, however I am not a big fan of that OS. So, I an planning to buy a Workspace OTG, and till now I have DataTraveler Workspace in my mind that offers Windows OS, but is this workspace good to go? Or should I go for some other OTG?

I'm a bit confused with Workspace. I've noticed it in my Control Panel settings in Windows. Is it a bit like a bootable USB version of Windows (like the live Linux distros)?
